1. License Grant (You’re buying access, not ownership)

When you purchase the Smart Hustle Cleaning Command Center (“Product”), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your own internal business purposes.

2. You May

  • Use the Product for your own business operations

  • Customize it for your business internally

  • Print or download copies for your own internal use

3. You May NOT (No Resale / No Rebrand / No Sharing)

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Resell, sublicense, transfer, or distribute the Product or any portion of it

  • Rebrand, white-label, or claim ownership of the Product or any portion of it

  • Share, upload, post, email, or otherwise provide the Product to others (free or paid)

  • Use the Product to create a competing product, templates, SOP library, course, membership, or “done-for-you” system that is substantially similar

  • Remove or alter branding, proprietary framework names, copyright notices, or identifying language

4. Single-Buyer Use (No Team Sharing Unless You Buy It)

This license is for one purchaser / one business. If you want team access, you must purchase an additional license or a team plan (if offered).

5. Intellectual Property

The Product, including its structure, language, workflows, database design, templates, and frameworks, is owned by Smart Hustle and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This sale does not transfer ownership.

6. Enforcement + Termination

If we believe you violated these terms, we may:

  • Terminate your access immediately without refund

  • Refuse future purchases

  • Pursue takedowns (DMCA) and other remedies available under law

7. No Guarantees

Results vary. You are responsible for your use of the Product and your business outcomes.
